This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for facilities including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling and other building systems.
Maintain grounds by trash pickup, weed spraying, removal of wasp/bird/dirt daubers nest and watering.
Check and change light bulbs or ballast and clean light fixtures.
Inventory paper goods and lighting supplies.
Put supplies away in appropriate locations.
Maintain bank vehicles.
Branch and post office courier.
Maintain shred for bank.
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, replacing air filters, keeping a/c drain lines clean and replacing ceiling tiles.
Check and change flags as needed, raise and lower flags.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
