One of the oldest continuously operating public two-year colleges in the state of Texas, Ranger College offers general education as well as continuing education classes including business and professional, IT and software development, media and design, skilled trades, safety, industrial and sustainable energy. Vocational programs include child development, cosmetology, certified nursing assistant, LVN, welding, machining, EMS, and commercial truck driving courses. Online options and dual enrollment courses through area high schools are also available.

Tarleton State University
