We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Corporate Administrator to join our team. This role provides critical internal support across our offices in 9 states, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of responsibilities, including onboarding and training new employees, overseeing office maintenance and supplies, coordinating corporate travel for a large team, managing vehicle fleet maintenance, and handling shipping and vendor relations.

Responsibilities
- Provide internal support corporate wide to offices in 9 states. Welcome, onboard, and train new employees.
- Maintain headquarters office conditions and repairs. Also, all shopping and entertaining.
- Oversee corporate travel for over 60 employees. Assist staff with travel issues and provide travel software training.
- Reconcile credit card travel expenses and update corporate calendar of all details.
- Maintain up to date maintenance records for a fleet of vehicles (25 currently nationwide) including insurance, registration and scheduling of repair and maintenance.
- Create labels and monitor shipping domestic and international.
- Provide customer service to incoming phone calls, clients, and fellow employees. Maintain friendly relationships with all vendors.
- Handle multiple assignments, work within deadlines, and communicate effectively.
