Water Aerobics is a safe, fun, and motivating method to get moving! Instructor Danielle Dunbar will lead the class through a series of low-impact exercises that combine cardio, strength and stretching. Water aerobics is a great way to tone the body, and increase flexibility, while reducing the impact on the joints. No swim experience is needed as the head and face stay above water. Participants should wear swimwear that does not limit movement and bring a towel. Water shoes are recommended to protect feet and prevent slipping. Ages 18+
