              Event Description:


              DATE CHANGE: 
              Due to the weather forecast showing 90% chance of rain for Monday, our SAFE TRICK ‘R TREAT is being rescheduled to Thursday, November 2nd!
               
              Same time, same place, new date!

              Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the best date to reschedule, including availability of facilities, participants, and volunteers. Many of our participants and major partners are not available on Tuesday and many churches have activities on Wednesday night. Waiting until Thursday will give some time for the park to dry out a bit after all the rain we have already had and more expected rain this weekend through Monday.


              The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that Safe Trick 'R Treat will be taking place at the Stephenville City Park this year!

              This means more space, more games, and a whole lot more fun!

              TREAT STATIONS sponsored by Chamber member businesses and non-profit organizations will be set up along the route at the Stephenville City Park around the Birdsong Amphitheater. There will also be a FUN ZONE sponsored and hosted by Timber Ridge Church featuring games and activities for the children!

              Costume Contest Details
              The costume contest has been outstanding in years past and we expect it to be even bigger this year! We will award five prizes per age group (see age groups below), plus three prizes for Best Groups.

              Interested in being in the Costume Contest?
              Just go to the Birdsong Amphitheater to start lining up at 5:45 PM.
              Contest will begin with the youngest age group at 6:00 PM.

              As always, we’d love for our Chamber members to help us make this a memorable event! You can do so by selecting one of the participating options below.

              Participation Options
              Member Treat Station - For members that plan on handing out candy along the Safe Trick 'R Treat route.
              Fun Zone Participant - For members that would like to provide a fun activity or game booth in the Fun Zone.
              Costume Contest Prize Donation - For members that would like to donate prizes in quantities of 5 for age group category winners or for best group prizes.

              Marketing Tips / Booth Area Information

              • One eight foot table will be provided per booth
              • Stick labels or attach business cards to your candy or treat
              • Hang a sign/banner with your business name on or above your table
              • Have business cards, brochures, or small handouts available
              • Most spaces will be approx. 6 foot deep and 10 foot wide
              • A few spaces will be available for a 10x10 tent, must note when registering

              Sponsorship Opportunities
              Supporting this event through sponsorship provides a great opportunity to promote your business in front of thousands of families, during the event, and in all marketing and promotion printed materials! 
              The sponsorship levels for Safe Trick 'R Treat are as follows:
              • Mummy of All Sponsors: $2,500 (three available)
              • Scarecrow Sponsorship: $1,000
              • Pumpkin Sponsorship: $500
              • Candy Corn Sponsorship: $250
               
              Please register by Friday, October 20th to be included in promotional materials.

              This event is always a fun time for the kids and their parents and a great way for our members to promote themselves.
