              Please join us in celebrating the new Upbring Head Start location with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 1st at 5:00 PM.

              Upbring Head Start is a local non-profit determined to break the cycle of child abuse through advocacy, research, and by offering a preschool setting where children can learn, grow and thrive while preparing for kindergarten.
