              Please join us at The Gathering Place for a Revelation Wellness Meet Up!
               
              Revelation Wellness- faith based exercise class with small groups.

              Revelation wellness starts with a exercise routine for all levels. Then a short message is done in regards to mental and spiritual health and ends with small groups. It is a great way to care for the whole mind, body and spirit.  

              Please wear workout clothing/shoes and bring yoga mat if you can.
