This class meets four times, on the same day each week.
Designed for moms and their care partners, this class provides a comprehensive overview of the labor and birth experience. Certified instructors provide tools that support healthy pregnancies and deliveries.
Topics discussed in the class include:
? stages of labor
? comfort measures
? anatomy and terminology
? anesthesia and medication options
? cesarean birth
? postpartum care
A tour of maternity center is included. Couples need to bring two pillows and a blanket or comforter.
The classes will be held in the Community Outreach Classroom 2 building.
REFUND POLICY: To receive a refund you must cancel your class two weeks prior to the start of the class.

If bad weather occurs on the day of your scheduled class, you will receive an email and or phone call regarding class cancellations.
