Angie Doughtery is an experienced Human Resources Professional with 13 years of HR experience, along with 10 years in management roles. She has natural leadership & training skills that aid her in effectively managing people and navigating various HR situations in the workplace. Ms. Doughtery's areas of expertise include Employee Relations, Training, DEI&B, Negotiation, Interviewing/Hiring Best Practices, Talent Acquisition, Conflict Resolution, Management Consulting, Coaching, Public Speaking, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding, Employee Retention and Engagement and Team Building, to name a few.

Ms. Doughtery has a Master's Degree in Legal Studies from Trinity Law School, and is a certified HR professional, holding the SHRM-SCP certification (Senior Certified Professional).

She has successfully worked in start-ups and global organizations, has a  corporate background, and has experience as a small business owner.

Ms. Doughtery's love of Human Resources stems from her passion for helping others and establishing meaningful relationships, particularly between management and staff. Her passion is seeking justice.
