Make plans to attend the 52nd Annual Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo held during the last weekend of September in Stephenville, Texas! Rodeo performance dates are set for Friday, September 24; Saturday, September 25; and Sunday, September 26. Coinciding with the rodeo performances will be Rodeo Heritage Week. Events including a downtown rodeo parade, kids mutton bustin’ and dummy roping, a team roping, BBQ cook-off, art display, rodeo queen contest, and a 5K are all scheduled.
Stephenville’s PRCA Rodeo is recognized as one of the best rodeos by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and is an exciting experience the whole family can enjoy! The sport of rodeo is long based on the American Cowboy traditions of good sportsmanship, perseverance, and hard work. Rodeos are proud to honor our country, the American flag, and take great pride in our nations history. Pete Carr Pro Rodeo will once again be providing the best in rodeo animal athletes, matched with an estimated 600 of the best cowboy and cowgirl athletes from across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Brazil is guaranteed to be an event you will not want to miss.

NOTE: Anyone choosing to attend this year's rodeo is encouraged to take the measures that they feel most comfortable for their personal well-being. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. The CCPRA committee will continue to monitor the changing health guidelines and will make adjustments as needed to ensure a safe and fun experience for all contestants, production crew and fans.
