*Dublin Family Medicine, a CCMC clinic in Dublin, offers COVID-19 viral testing at no charge. You won't pay a co-pay or other fee on the day you are tested at the Dublin clinic. If you have health insurance, the clinic submits the claim; if there's a balance due after your plan has paid on the claim, CCMC pays the balance. If you do not carry health insurance, you can still register for an appointment and take the viral test at Dublin Family Medicine, CCMC will cover the cost.

►Antibody test (blood test, results usually same day). *No ChargeViral test appointments are made through the CCMC COVID-19 Screening Hotline at 254-879-4999. Antibody test appointments require pre-registration at comanchecmc.org/antibody-testing-form/. Registration includes providing responses to survey questions which are part of a CCMC prevalence study. Once you’ve completed and submitted your registration and responses, CCMC processes the registration, and a health care worker contacts you with a drive-thru testing appointment day/time. If a job or other circumstance requires a viral retest, call the CCMC Hotline for further information. If you lack access to a computer or smartphone, need translation assistance or have additional questions about testing, please call the CCMC Hotline.

Symptoms of COVID-19:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19.
If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Bluish lips or face
Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
